Located centraly in Oslo, a housing society consisting of 5buildings, 231 shares, and in short, a lot of stuff going on.

Since 2015 I have been chairman of the board.

We sell between 20-40 shares pr year, our apartments are between 38sqm and 50sqm.

We have two locations available for rent.

Finances

The board strives to keep our costs down.

make millions every year, something most companies can't claim.

Stakeholders

With 231 units (many where people do not live alone), employees, multiple service providers, a business manager, a companies that rent commercial property from us etc etc.. the amount of communications is radical.


Contracts
With multiple providers of various services, contracts are in play on a weekly basis.
Maintenance
A series of buildings from the 30's, need their dose of tender loving care.

Fixing things on short notice, creating long term plans, and being able to say no to "great ideas" are all equally relevant.
Project Management
We always have several projects ongoing, from maintenance, plans for upgrades, developing the ways we work etc etc.
HMS
The most crucial job of a board, is to ensure that HMS (health and environmental safety) are taken care of.
Commercial Property
We have two properties that we rent out.
